Schedule: Day Shift 5 X 8s • 40 hrs / Week
Setting: Community-based oncology practice / outpatient infusion
Patient Mix: Hematology/Oncology, monoclonals & non-oncology referral infusions
Assignment: ~8 patients per infusion RN; max daily capacity 24 patients
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Weekends/Holidays: None
Call: No on-call responsibilities
Experience: 2–3 years recent infusion experience required ; outpatient clinic experience highly preferred
Certifications: ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification AHA BLS
License: Current, unencumbered NY RN License
EMR/Equipment: Epic EMR Alaris infusion pumps
Skills: Strong IV/vascular access & port access; chemotherapy teaching; independent patient management
Soft Skills: Excellent communication with patients, families & oncology team
Traveler Requirement: No first-time travelers
Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Move Recent infusion experience Required Hematology/Oncology experience (2 years) Required BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY) Required Oncology Certification Required Experience with Epic EMR and Aleris infusion pumps Required Strong IV/vascular access and port access skills Required Current, unencumbered NYS RN licensure Required
