2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A HOPSITAL SETTING REQUIRED
MUST HAVE ACTIVE COMPACT LICENSE AT SUBMISSION

Number of Beds – 20
Number of Staff – 5 RNs & 2 LNAs and we flex with volume
Type of staff:Day Shift – 5 RNs
Night Shift – 5 RNs
Patient Ratios – 4:1
Type of equipment – Client cardiac monitoring, Hospira IV pumps
EMR – Expanse
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills & critical drip experience
2 years PCU experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Pre-post cardiac cath & pacer patient care experience
Prior HCA experience

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
ACLS, BLS, NIAH

Med Surg

Scrub Color/Attire – Professional. No required color

Will discuss during interview & orientation
Weekends and On call (if any):
Every other weekend or the equivalent if staffing needs require this
