Registered Nurse (RN) – PEDS – ER
The RN PEDS – ER specializes in caring for pediatric patients in emergency settings. This role involves rapid assessments, administering interventions, and collaborating with pediatricians and emergency medicine providers to stabilize children with acute conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quick and accurate pediatric triage, prioritizing care based on severity.
Administer IV fluids, medications, and other treatments as needed.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to pediatric patients and families.
Communicate effectively with the ER team to deliver coordinated, efficient care.
Document patient status, treatments, and outcomes promptly.
