Job description
Registered Nurse (RN) – PEDS MS
The RN PEDS Medical-Surgical (MS) provides comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients who require a variety of medical or post-surgical treatments. This position involves collaborating with physicians, specialists, and families to ensure effective care plans and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and manage pediatric patients with acute or chronic conditions.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed.
Educate families on post-surgical or condition-specific home care plans.
Collaborate with child life specialists to reduce anxiety and promote comfort.
Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient responses.
Work Environment:
