Health Saviours is seeking a travel nurse RN PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.

Critical Care Float Pool
COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children’s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season
This assignment may float between all Locations:
Main, 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016
Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308
Avondale, 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392
East Valley, 3370 S Mercy Road, Gilbert, AZ 85297
This assignment will require floating to between CVICU, NICU, and PICU
Days and Nights Available 7a – 7p & 7p – 7a Shift will be decided in the interview. Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved.
Experience:
2 years’ experience as an RN in pediatric critical care.
Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred.
Children’s hospital experience preferred.
Education Requirements:
Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
Certification/License/Registry Requirements:
Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
ACLS Cerification
Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
Current Advanced NRP certification
