TravelNurseSource is working with TGL MedStaff to find a qualified Stepdown RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103!
TGL MedStaff is seeking a Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Winston Salem, NC to start on 10/26/2026. This assignment is for a 13 weeks contract. You will be working 3 days per week, 12 hours per shift and on Days. This position offers a pay rate of $1,893.00 per week. As a Stepdown RN, you'll care for patients moving from intensive care to a lower level of monitoring and support.
