First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Bay City, Michigan.

Stepdown / Progressive Care Registered Nurse (PCU RN) – Night Shift
Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week Weekend & On-Call Protocol: Every-other-weekend (EOW) coverage required; no on-call required.
Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract | 1 Open Position | Start Date: 10/12/2026.
Submission Hardstops (STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Experience Baseline (HARDSTOP): Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Stepdown / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN experience required (HARDSTOP).
Telemetry Competency (HARDSTOP): Direct clinical proficiency in telemetry strip interpretation and cardiac monitoring strictly required (HARDSTOP).
EMR Requirement (HARDSTOP): Direct clinical proficiency with Cerner EMR strictly required (HARDSTOP).
State Licensure (IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP): Active Michigan State RN License MUST BE ACTIVE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION (HARDSTOP).
Certifications (IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - BOTH REQUIRED): Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification (HARDSTOP).
Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification (HARDSTOP).
