Job description
RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Bay City, Michigan.
Job Description & Requirements

Duration: 13 weeks
36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, nights
Employment Type: Travel
Patient Monitoring: Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track vital signs, telemetry, and critical metrics.
Assessment & Intervention: Perform regular assessments, recognize subtle changes in patient conditions, and initiate necessary interventions or life-saving measures.
Medication Management: Administer complex medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered.
Specialized Care: Care for patients recovering from surgery, cardiac events, or those with complex conditions (e.g., vent patients, stroke patients requiring neuro checks).
Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists) to develop and implement care plans.
Education: Educate patients and families on diseases, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of nursing care and patient responses.
Submission Requirements
2 years RN Stepdown/Progressive Care experience - (REQUIRED)
Telemetry monitoring experience - (REQUIRED)
Cerner experience - (REQUIRED)
Certification Requirements
ACLS (AHA)
BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements
Michigan
