Requirements:
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
Monitor patient vitals using GE Telemetry systems and respond to changes promptly.
Perform procedures such as IV starts, foley placements, and chest tube removals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document care and interventions accurately in Meditech EMR.
