Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Detroit, Michigan.

Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse onsite at a healthcare facility. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients on a nightly shift, with responsibilities including assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care. The role also encompasses supervising staff and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing services in accordance with facility standards.
Job Details
Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Valid nursing license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
1 year of clinical experience

minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with telemetry monitoring
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
familiarity with patient assessment and cardiac monitoring equipment
Additional Information
The telemetry nurse will be responsible for patient assessments, care planning, and direct patient care on a 12-hour night shift. The role includes overseeing staff delegation and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should be prepared to support high standards of nursing practice and patient safety during their shift.
