You must have an active North Carolina RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program. At least one year of recent medical‑surgical and telemetry nursing experience is required. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is helpful. Strong skills in patient assessment, cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and teamwork are essential.
