Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position in an acute care setting. This role involves caring for post-cardiac catheterization, post-surgical, and high-risk medication patients, including those on respiratory support such as NIPPV (bilevel positive airway pressure, airVo). The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care within a fast-paced environment, adhering to organizational standards and policies.
Job Details:
Schedule: 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA); Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients rights in care delivery; 0+ years of nursing experience.

Additional Information: The role involves conducting point-of-care testing, developing and implementing patient-specific care plans, and performing comprehensive assessments tailored to the patients age and needs. The RN will also participate in patient education and discharge planning, ensuring timely interventions and evaluation of care effectiveness.
