Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Telemetry to join our team for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Schedule Details 12-hour Day shifts from 0700 to 1930
Three shifts per week
Every other weekend required
Holiday requirements include working either Christmas Eve or Day, as well as New Year’s Eve or Day, based on unit needs
Orientation and Training Orientation will include:
Two days of orientation at a specified location
Director of Nursing training sessions
Virtual Epic training
Unit orientation in the following week
Note: Non-billable orientation hours will be accounted for.
Floating Requirements The Registered Nurse may be required to float to all acute care units within the facility as needed.
Qualifications Minimum of 18 months of experience in a hospital setting with Orthopedic and Spine experience
Valid KS RN or Compact RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
New graduates are not accepted for this position
Client-Specific Notes This is a nicotine-free facility.
The electronic medical record system used is EPIC.
The client may cancel one shift per two-week pay period at no cost.
A minimum two-hour notice will be provided via the designated scheduling application.
Application Requirements All required credentials must be submitted one week prior to the start date, including a CBC, drug screen, and lab work, which must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance.
