Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 36 hours per weekn
Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890 - $1,990n
Charting System: Cernern
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend with holiday rotationn
Float: May float to Med/Surg Tele within scopen
Job Requirements
n Active Massachusetts RN license in hand at time of submissionn
Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience requiredn
Experience in telemetry observation, acute care, or cardiac monitoring preferredn
Strong ability to work independently in a telemetry observation settingn
ACLS and BLS certification requiredn
Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and managementn
Cerner experience preferredn
Ability to support adult and geriatric patient populationsn
Compliance documentation required as part of the onboarding processn
Responsibilities
n Provide skilled nursing care for patients monitored in a telemetry observation unitn
Assess and interpret cardiac rhythms, recognizing changes in patient condition quickly and accuratelyn
Care for patients with varied medical diagnoses and occasional overflow surgical casesn
Deliver safe, efficient care without medication drips in a short-stay observation environmentn
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the Cerner charting systemn
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support timely, high-quality patient caren
Adapt to unit needs and float within scope when requiredn
Maintain professionalism and flexibility while supporting weekend and holiday coveragen
