Description
American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN for a night shift Float Pool position in a Southern California hospital, requiring EPIC experience and a CA RN license.
Details
Float Pool unit within a hospital setting
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
36 or 48-hour weekly shift options
Requires EPIC experience
Requirements
Active CA RN license required
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
BSN preferred
Acute care facility experience preferred
Candidates with more than 5 days of RTO will not be considered
Candidates with any prior disciplinary action on their license will not be considered
Additional Information
Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process
Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care across disciplines
Perform patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care
Participate in discharge planning and provide patient/family education
Located in Simi Valley, offering access to both outdoor recreation and urban attractions
Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
Holiday RTO requests will not be approved
All associates must meet required vaccination standards, with medical and religious exemptions considered
