Job description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Women's Services
The RN Women's Services specializes in caring for women through various life stages, including reproductive health, pregnancy, and menopause. Responsibilities include patient education, screening, and collaboration with OB/GYN specialists.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct women's health assessments, including vitals and preventive screenings.
Assist with family planning services, wellness exams, and pregnancy support.
Provide education on reproductive health, childbirth, and menopause.
Coordinate care with obstetricians, gynecologists, and other relevant providers.
Document patient progress and address concerns in a compassionate manner.
Work environment includes:
Women's health clinics, hospital maternity wards, or specialized care centers.
Requires knowledge of women's health issues, patient advocacy, and empathetic communication.
