Job description
We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry to provide patient care in a hospital setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records
Administering medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses
Adhering to infection prevention and safe medication practices
Assessing patient status and responding to clinical changes using established protocols
Qualifications and skills:
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to patient needs
