Job description
Seeking an experienced RN – Telemetry for a travel assignment in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in telemetry or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient care activities, including preparing patients for diagnostics and monitoring post-procedures.
Administer medications and treatments, observing patient responses.
Ensure safe care transitions through effective handoffs and updates to care plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong clinical skills in telemetry nursing.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and handle fast-paced hospital environments.
