Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Mountain View, California.

Implement interventions in various settings
Participate in discharge planning and transitional care coordination
Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
