Travel Occupational Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

$2,286.00/week (estimated advertised weekly pay)
Responsibilities include billing/documentation, patient assessment, discharge planning, evaluation, plan of care, and reassessments
Provide home exercise programs, patient/family education, and safety and injury prevention instruction
Perform lifting and transfer duties as part of patient care
May be required to float between sister facilities near the contracted location
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays
All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during the application process
Returning former employees must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
Local candidates accepted at a lower bill rate
Candidates residing within 50 miles are considered local
Two supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years are required
First-time travelers may be considered for this role
