Acute care hospital setting within the Occupational Therapy department
Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Occupational Therapy
Active Occupational Therapist license required, if applicable
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
Additional Information
Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not eligible
One professional reference required (two references required for Florida and Missouri candidates)
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration; Canadian SSNs are not accepted
