Allied Health License for CA or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
Commitment to quality care and adherence to legal and client protocols
Certifications: Active CA license
Equipment/Procedures: SNF experience and knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system
