nJob Details:
nnSchedule: M-F, Su-Th, or Tu-Sa approximately 8 hours per day, varying based on assignment.
nRequired Qualifications: BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience in Occupational Therapy; licensure to submit; location in or near Hastings, Nebraska; available to start on 08/31/2026.
nPreferred Qualifications: None listed.
nAdditional Information: Supervision of nursing assistants is required; software systems include Home Health HCHB and SNF Net Health; productivity expectations are 90% for Home Health and 88% for SNF; the workweek runs from Sunday through Saturday; no on-call or callback available; a fee applies if the clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice; no charge differential at Good Samaritan facilities; flexibility in shifts, typically around 8 hours per day.
