Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist Assistant for a travel job in Seattle, Washington.

Join a team dedicated to supporting patients in developing and restoring functional independence through effective occupational therapy services. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.
Responsibilities
n Implement therapy interventions as outlined in the OT plan of care.
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in providing education and support to patients and their families.
Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance protocols at all times.
n Qualifications
n Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Possession of an active state COTA license or the ability to obtain one.
Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to patient care.
