nJob Details:
nnShift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
nRequired Qualifications: Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), relevant education and licensure, at least 2 years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), and proficiency with PointClickCare electronic medical record system
nPreferred Qualifications: Experience in SNF settings, familiarity with rehabilitative therapy protocols and documentation standards
nAdditional Information: The position entails implementing therapy plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and facility SOPs. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and effective teamwork.
