nRequired Qualifications: Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) license, graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program, valid Medicaid or Medicare provider number, current CPR certification, and at least 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
nPreferred Qualifications: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations
nAdditional Information: The assignment runs from 09/28/2026 to 12/26/2026, with responsibilities including administering therapeutic activities, documenting patient progress, and adhering to facility protocols. Candidates must have NM caregivers account for agency onboarding.
