Description

American Traveler is hiring an Inpatient Occupational Therapist with 1+ years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment requiring AZ licensure.

Details

Inpatient hospital rehabilitation setting

4x10 schedule, Monday through Thursday, with shift options of 8a-6p or 7a-5p

Weekend shifts required

Caseload of 6-8 patients per day

MedHost EMR used for documentation

Requirements

Active OT license in AZ required (license required if applicable)

BS in Occupational Therapy or higher required

Minimum 1 year of recent experience or ability to function independently

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start

Additional Information

Facilitate development and rehabilitation of physically disabled patients to maximize functional status

Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs

Participate in discharge planning, performance improvement initiatives, and administrative duties

Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered

Returning employees who worked as permanent staff at this facility within the past 2 years will not be considered

RTO requests must be less than 1 week
