Details Home health setting covering Alameda County, with territory expansion as needed Day shift, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Caseloads and visit mix average 8 hours per day to meet 40 hour weekly requirement Documentation completed using Kinnser EMR system Equipment issued includes iPad and Ring Central for communication Requirements Current, active CA OT license required (license required if applicable) Minimum 1 year of home health experience required Must be able to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants Clinical notes and documentation due within 48 hours of each visit Additional Information Responsible for prioritizing start of care visits with next day mandatory reporting Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff Generally responsive during normal business hours Training includes 3 full days, one in house and two in the field Productivity requirement of 30 points per week based on visit type point values American Traveler Job ID P- .
