Occupational Therapist Location: Montgomery, AL Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,087 to $2,287 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: ASAP
About the Position
AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson Therapy Partners to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Montgomery, Alabama, 36116!
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Current AL OT license
At least 1 year of experience with familiarity and/or experience in Acute Care
Ability to evaluate, treat and manage a caseload independently
Experience with acute care patient types including cardiac, cardiovascular, orthopedic/joint, trauma, and stroke populations
Experience and willingness to assist with ADLs
Comfort working with students in a teaching facility
Assignment Details
Standard hours per week: 40
Typical schedule:
Schedule may vary based on departmental needs
Occasional weekends based on department needs
No call
No floating between facilities
