Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 2 years OT-MA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed);
OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Must have 2+ years of recent experience in Outpatient setting
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications
hand therapy experience is a plus!
