Key Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license, or eligibility in Michigan
Experience or interest in working with K-12 student populations
Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and IEP process
Strong communications and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to different school environments
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students across 35.5 hours per week
Collaborate with special education teams and families to develop student-centered goals
Conduct evaluations and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Facilitate inclusive classroom participation for students with diverse needs
