Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Mabel, Minnesota. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Occupational Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility Grand Meadows, Spring Valley, and Mabel, Minnesota. This position provides occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting, supporting daily volumes of approximately 1020 patients. The assignment is scheduled for weekday daytime coverage with no call or weekend coverage. Job Details Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime shifts of 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience in a skilled nursing facility setting. Additional Information: Skilled nursing facility setting with approximately 1020 patients per day and an 85% productivity standard. The assignment is scheduled from 11/09/2026 through 01/16/2027 for approximately 13 weeks. No call or weekend coverage is required.
