Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, thenCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides occupational therapy servicesnincluding treatment, implementation, standardized assessment data, andndocumentation.
Minimum Requirements:
Current certification or licensure as an OccupationalnTherapy Assistant in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational TherapynAssistant required
One (1) year of experience as an Occupational TherapynAssistant preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or statenregulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
