Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Infusion for a travel nursing job in Grass Valley, California.

Job Requirements
Active California RN License required
BLS Certification required
ONS/ONCC Certification required
Strong oncology nursing experience
Recent/active chemotherapy administration experience
Several years of oncology experience with chemotherapy administration
Experience with complex chemotherapy regimens such as Cisplatin, FOLFOX, and FOLFIRI
Strong vascular access skills : peripheral IVs, port access, PICC/Hickman maintenance
Strong pharmacology knowledge
Ability to recognize and manage hypersensitivity reactions
Strong knowledge of laboratory values and their relationship to oncology treatments
Experience with titratable infusions and blood transfusions
Experience with IVIG, Rituximab, Remicade, Darzalex, and Ocrevus preferred
Infusion experience with hydration, iron, albumin, Zometa/Reclast, Prolia, antibiotics, injections, and blood products
Ability to provide inpatient chemotherapy when floating is required
2 supervisory references from within the last 12 months worked required at submission
At least 1 reference must be from a Charge RN
Willingness to work one weekend day every 4 weeks
Willingness to float to inpatient units as needed
