Job description
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston seeks an NP/PA to join the Cancer Care Access Program, delivering onsite care at FQHCs throughout Greater Boston. You will evaluate adults referred by primary care, addressing new or existing cancer concerns, benign hematologic conditions, breast issues, and related symptoms in a community setting.
In collaboration with physicians, you will manage outpatient care, provide education and psychosocial support, and coordinate referrals for second opinions,
