Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a busy surgical team serving adult, geriatric, and limited pediatric orthopedic patients. This position primarily supports the St. Patrick Campus with occasional floating to a nearby affiliated surgical facility as needed.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced OR environment and have experience caring for a wide variety of surgical specialties.

Requirements
Active RN License (State License or Compact License)
BLS Certification
Previous Operating Room experience required
Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary surgical environment
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the surgical process.
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
Monitor patient responses and ensure a safe surgical environment.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members.
Document patient care accurately and timely.
Scheduling & Call Requirements
Monday–Friday schedule
Mid Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
On-call required: 1–2 weekdays per week
Every 3rd weekend (Friday–Sunday)
Occasional floating between St. Patrick and Lake Area campuses
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1
Preferred Qualifications
BSN preferred
At least 1 year of recent OR nursing experience
Experience across multiple surgical specialties preferred
