Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in San Ramon, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/01/2026 Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Registered Nurse, Operating Room. The position provides direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis, including patient assessment, care planning, and implementation. The role also supports staff supervision, high-quality nursing care, clinical competency, and appropriate resource management. Job Details Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and implementing direct clinical care, supervising delegated staff, supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), promoting safe and appropriate nursing care, maintaining clinical staff competency, and supporting effective patient-care resource management.
