Job Summary
Operating Room Registered Nurse, Operating Room, Winchester, Virginia: The healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Nurse to support surgical services in a day-shift operating room role. The position involves clinical support for neurosurgery and other surgical specialties, with on-call responsibilities and possible weekend and holiday call coverage.
Job Details
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of Operating Room and Epic experience; Operating Room neurosurgery experience; ACL certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); Virginia state license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Brain and spine experience; experience with DaVinci Robot, vascular, orthopedic trauma, orthopedics, general trauma, bariatrics, oncology, thoracic, urology, plastics, or breast procedures.
Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts from 6:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: May be asked to take weekend and holiday call. On-call responsibilities include approximately 68 calls per month. Blue scrubs are required in accordance with applicable dress-code policy.
