Travel Operations ConsultantNew York, New York, United StatesAbout the Job Travel Operations ConsultantAbout the Role:We are looking for a highly organized and solutions-driven Travel Operations Consultant to support and optimize travel planning and booking processes. In this role, you will ensure seamless coordination of travel services while delivering exceptional client experiences behind the scenes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing logistics, systems, and details.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel operations including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activitiesOversee booking accuracy, confirmations, and itinerary managementTroubleshoot travel issues and provide timely solutions for clients and advisorsMaintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and vendorsMonitor reservations, changes, cancellations, and refundsEnsure compliance with company policies and travel industry standardsAssist in improving operational workflows and efficiencySupport Travel Advisors with backend logistics and documentationQualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Experience with travel booking systems or CRM tools preferredAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPrevious experience in travel, hospitality, or operations is a plusWhat We Offer:Remote, flexible work environmentOngoing training and professional developmentAccess to travel industry resources and toolsOpportunities for career growth within the organizationSupportive and collaborative team culture
