Number of Staff: 55
Staffing Structure: Day Shift - 1 charge RN, 1 trauma RN, 1 trauma tech, variable
Night Shift - 1 RN, 1 tech, with additional RNs and techs on-call
Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2 (estimated, not guaranteed)
Type of Equipment: da Vinci Robotics
EMR: Meditech
Typical Hiring Profile Required Skills: Meditech experience
BLS & ACLS certification
Experience with robotics is highly preferred, specifically with da Vinci Robotics
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with larger trauma operating rooms
Typical Procedures Performed in the Unit Trauma surgeries
Vascular and hybrid operations
Neurosurgeries
