Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring vascular, urology, and robotics experience and an active MI license.
Details
Work in the Operating Room (13 OR rooms) of a hospital known for open heart surgery and hybrid OR technology for complex vascular treatments
Day shift schedule, , three days per week
No weekend requirements
On-call required from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM on Wednesdays
Hospital-provided scrubs
Requirements
Active MI RN license required at time of consideration
Compact license not accepted
Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
Vascular, urology, and robotics experience required
Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required
Skills checklist completed within the past year required
Travel experience preferred
Additional Information
Provide direct and indirect nursing care across the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Care tailored to patient age and developmental stage per unit and hospital policy
No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested during the assignment
Full-time McLaren employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment
Candidates residing within a 35 mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers with adjusted pay
