ExperiencedRNwillpossessathoroughknowledgeofnursingprinciples,abilitytoprovidequalitypatientcare,andabilitytoassesspatient'sneeds,e.g.clinical,teaching,mentalandspiritual.
Mustrecognizesafetyissuestoselfandothersandbeabletoassessandimplementuseofliftstomovepatientsinasafemanner.
Mustbeabletofunctionwellinstressfulsituationsandhavegood,creative,problem-solvingskills.
Strongleadershipskillswiththeabilitytoprioritizeanddelegate.
Mayberequiredtoassumedutiesasachargenurse.
Excellentinterpersonal,organizational,andwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsrequired.
Knowledgeintheuseoftypicalclinicalequipmentinstrumentationutilizedinprovidingasafeand/orasepticenvironmentinandOR/ASUsetting.
Lethaldysrhythmiainterpretationskills.
