American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN OR Circulate for a travel nursing job in Winchester, Kentucky. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR Circulate Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 26, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room Circulator position requiring 3 years of experience and the ability to independently circulate multiple surgical service lines. Details Operating Room unit with 6 operating rooms and 2 endoscopy suites Circulator role serving infant, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients 1:1 patient ratio per procedure Uses MedHost Periop EHR system Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Every other weekend required On-call requirements of up to 8 days per month, including weekends and holidays, with a 30-minute response time May be asked to float within the department Requirements Active RN license (KY or Compact) required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS Minimum 3 years of RN experience required Ability to independently circulate multiple service lines including Ortho, General Surgery, ENT, Cataracts, OB/GYN, Urology, and Endoscopy Strong teamwork and communication skills required Additional Information Circulate surgical procedures across multiple service lines including Ortho, General Surgery, Endoscopy, and more Professional demeanor expected on the unit Must wear navy scrubs provided by the hospital; casual wear and other facility-branded attire not permitted Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate Local candidates within 60 miles may be considered at the local rate Weekly orientation held on Mondays Candidates who have worked permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment American Traveler Job ID P- .
