Job description
TotalMed RN is seeking an OR travel nurse in Rockford, Illinois for 15 weeks, with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour rotating shifts. Start date 09/28/2026. Travel employment requires ACLS and BLS, plus 1–2 years of acute care OR experience as circulating/scrub RN, or RN first assistant.
The role involves assisting in the OR, pre-/post-op care, and instrument handling, with responsibilities including patient safety, medication administration, and patient education within the surgical setting.
