PEL/VIP is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Janesville, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN | Travel | Janesville, WI Assignment Overview Seeking experienced RN for the Ortho/Neuro Unit. Ideal candidates will possess a current WI License, NIHSS, and CPR/BLS certifications. Experience in ortho/neuro patient care is required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital Start Date: Not provided Work Modality: On-site Shift Details: Days (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM), every other weekend and holiday required Assignment Length: Not provided Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2295 (negotiable) Local Candidate Policy: Travel RN may be required to float to other units Number of Openings: Not provided Charting System: Not provided Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures Document according to standards of care Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized patient needs Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments in support of the patient's longitudinal plan of care Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating appropriately Qualifications Required: Current WI License NIHSS Certification CPR/BLS Certification Job Type Travel PEL/VIP Job ID .
