Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessing and monitoring patients’ conditions.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families about orthopedic conditions and treatment options.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the provision of care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic nursing role.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
