Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Orthopedics Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Onsite
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care on a Med/Surg and Orthopedic unit serving geriatric, adult, and pediatric populations (ages 13 and older)
Care for patients with post-operative orthopedic, bariatric, and GI diagnoses, as well as trauma presentations
Maintain patient ratios of 4–6:1 across a 23-bed unit, upholding quality and safety standards
Document accurately and efficiently using the Meditech EHR system
Float to other units as needed in support of staffing requirements
Work every third weekend as part of the expected schedule; no on-call requirements
Required QualificationsActive RN licensure (ASN or higher) valid in the State of Tennessee
Required certifications prior to start: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
Must be cleared through the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date
Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement
Preferred Experience / SkillsStrong clinical assessment skills in orthopedic, post-operative, or Med/Surg settings
Experience with geriatric, adult, and adolescent patient populations
Familiarity with Meditech or comparable EHR platforms
