Our client is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join their growing team. The role involves assisting with surgical procedures in the operating room, gathering, organizing, and sterilizing all surgical tools needed for procedures. Excellent communication skills are required to quickly comprehend and respond to the needs of the surgical team and patients.

Shift: 10 hours days (4x10 days total)
Week Hours: 40 hours per week

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2,096
Responsibilities
Assist with surgical procedures in the operating room.
Gather, organize, and sterilize all surgical instruments required for procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized set‑up for each surgical team.
Communicate effectively with the surgical team and patients during procedures.
Qualifications
Certificate from an accredited surgical technology program.
Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
Fast and adaptive problem‑solving abilities.
