Job description
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Montesano, Washington at a Skilled Nursing Facility. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and guaranteed hours with a start date ASAP.
Active OT license and current BLS/BCLS certification are required. Weekly gross pay is $2,800, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Travel compensation details subject to confirmation.
