nnMinimum Requirements
n Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
Experience with common outpatient modalities and documentation systems preferred.
